Our client is Miami-based wealth management expert Ajay Gupta! Now retired, Ajay is looking for a master of organization to add value to the management of his home operations and business investments.
Ajay spent his career with fascinating, ultra-high-net-worth individuals. While continuing to explore investment opportunities, Ajay is dedicated to spending quality time with his wife and children. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can create the space for Ajay to pass the baton on projects, apply their expertise to his objectives, and produce efficient results—the most successful partner in this space, CARES, at their core. You care about people, and you care about the quality of your work.
Ajay and his family need a career executive assistant who can quickly adapt to fast-paced changes while maintaining focus and grace. The right human will have a kind heart, a whatever it takes mentality, a passion for personal development, and strong business acumen. You can expect to partner with this leader and his wife to create structure in their home and professional lives. This will be a long-term working relationship in an autonomous environment, where you will build as you go.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Calendar management
- Travel Coordination
- International and Domestic
- Itinerary Planning
- Meeting attendance, note-taking, delegation
- Unique Project management
- Document Organization
- Personal engagement
- Social Media Management
- System research and implementation
- Manage inbox and respond to emails
Essential Competencies:
- Tried and true organizational processes for calendar management, travel planning, and project management
- Business acumen: Create action plans from business meetings
- The ability to pivot tasks, projects, and objectives fluidly and with enthusiasm
- Critical thinking, ideating, and solution implementation
- Expert ability to create and utilize Excel spreadsheets
- Skilled in condensing communication for straight-to-the-point relevance
- Must be available to work in the family home office in Miami.
- Comfortable working with an unstructured onboarding process
- High attention to detail and strong use of client discretion
- Strong written communication skills as you will be managing inbox
- Is a team player and does not take anything personal

Compensation Details:
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,00
- Health Benefits: $800 Monthly Stipend
- 401k 3% Match
- 15 days of PTO; Available after 6 months of employment and 10 Holidays
The role requires at least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a High-Net-Worth Individual.
This is an in-person role. You must be able to commute into the Coconut Grove area of Miami, Florida, Monday - Friday.
