Executive Assistant to E-Commerce Executive and Founder
Trevor Newell is an Executive and Founder who has been behind the success of several brands. Trevor is currently launching a passion-based E-commerce brand and is seeking an Executive Assistant with expertise in operational excellence. What our client needs:
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Own operations of the calendar and inbox.
- Routinely identify and organize priorities for this leader.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness as the business develops.
- Represent this leader and brand in all forms of communication.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as opportunities develop.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with leaders from E-commerce and/or scaling businesses that have experienced exponential growth is preferred.
Compensation Details:
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

The role requires at least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
LOCATION SPECIFICS.
This is a remote position. PST Time zone is strongly preferred.
